JMC Services was founded in 1999 by Janet Chappin, who is
an Associate member of the Society of Will Writers.
As a member of the society we promise to maintain a high standard
of Will Writing in order to promote good practice and protect
our clients in legal terms. We are also covered by professional
indemnity insurance. We maintain the strictest client confidentiality
and will not pass your name to any other organisation without
your express permission.
If
you live in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire
areas, we will come and take your instructions personally;
this would be especially important if you have an Inheritance
Tax (IHT) issue i.e. assets worth over £250k. However
if you live outside this area or you do not have an IHT
problem and feel that you only need a fairly simple Will,
we will happy to produce a Will for you by post.
We
aim to produce good quality Wills and to give our customers
a service that is of the highest standard.
